1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between cd2222 ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us") and you ("the User", "you", "your") with respect to your use of the cd2222 online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cd2222 actively monitors for duplicate accounts using technical and manual review processes. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited without compensation.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. cd2222 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cd2222 support at [email protected] immediately. cd2222 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurs due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cd2222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cd2222 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others as listed in the Cashier section of the platform.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit under standard account conditions; VIP accounts may have elevated limits by arrangement.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours for mobile banking methods. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• cd2222 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays of up to 5 business days.
• Withdrawals from bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 4 of these Terms. Any withdrawal attempt before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the active bonus balance.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Any transaction that cd2222 reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity will be frozen pending investigation, and relevant disclosures will be made to appropriate authorities as required. 4 Bonus & Promotions Terms

All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of offer.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds awarded by cd2222 carry a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total wagers to be placed before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. Wagers placed on certain game categories (as indicated in the Bonus Terms section of the platform) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. cd2222 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each player may claim each specific bonus offer no more than once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, or combined with other active bonus offers unless explicitly permitted.

5 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Player Obligations

• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration and KYC verification, and update your account details promptly if they change.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the platform on your behalf without human intervention.

cd2222 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate — including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action — in response to any breach of this section.

6 Age Restriction & Verification

cd2222 is committed to preventing underage gambling and takes all reasonable steps to verify the age of its players. During registration, players are required to confirm that they are 18 years of age or older. cd2222 reserves the right to request formal age verification documentation at any stage, including but not limited to national identity cards, passports, or birth certificates issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

Until age verification is completed to cd2222's satisfaction, the platform may restrict access to real-money gaming, limit withdrawal functionality, and withhold any pending bonus claims. Players who provide false information regarding their age will have all game play and associated winnings declared void, and their deposited funds will be returned minus any applicable processing fees, at cd2222's discretion.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

cd2222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by cd2222

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the one-account policy, prohibited conduct rules, or age requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from cd2222.
• Chargebacks initiated against cd2222 by a player's payment provider. All chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and will be actively disputed.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine entertainment play.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 after the 12-month period, applied against the wallet balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

8 Limitation of Liability

cd2222's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms, regardless of the legal basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cd2222 makes no representation that game outcomes are predictable or that a particular strategy will produce a positive result. All casino games and sports betting markets carry inherent risk. Players participate entirely at their own financial risk, and it is each player's sole responsibility to assess whether participation is appropriate for their personal financial circumstances.

cd2222 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside our control — including network outages, acts of God, or actions by third-party providers — may result in temporary service unavailability. cd2222 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible but shall not be liable for losses arising from unplanned interruptions.
